Each conversation runs through a real AI model that costs us per message. The free tier lets you actually try the relationship — about ten short sessions a month — without us subsidising heavy use indefinitely. Paid tiers raise the limit so daily use is comfortable.

Your data stays in the EU (Supabase Frankfurt). Our AI provider processes messages to generate replies but doesn't train on them. Errors sent to monitoring are masked — no chat content, no name, no email. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.

Your subscription stops at the end of the current month. You keep access until then, and your account drops back to the free plan — your conversations, memory and bonds stay intact unless you delete them yourself.

Veralum works as a mirror for self-reflection: she doesn't diagnose or treat, and she's no stand-in for a therapist's care. If you're struggling and need professional support, please reach out for it. She recognizes crisis language and points you toward real help when she sees it.
